SEC11B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Translational elongation, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with SEC11B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
