Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCNN1A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,042 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCNN1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PALMD, MORC1, and PLCL1. Each is linked with SCNN1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1A-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1A results are reported.
