SCN3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,094 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINE2, SFRP1, and ADH1B. Each is linked with SCN3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN3A versus SERPINE2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
