SCARB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00690, RNA5SP204, and MIR4748. Each is linked with SCARB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00690 grouped by SCARB1-low versus SCARB1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
