Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR5692C1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR5692C1 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR5692C1 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, MIR5692C1 RNA expression shows 7,443 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight STAD, BRCA, and UCEC as cancer lineages where MIR5692C1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
