SCAMP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,009 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC4, GAMT, and CDCA8. Each is linked with SCAMP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP4-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
