SASS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SASS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASS6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, RPL12_S38, and SETDB1_S1066. Each is linked with SASS6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASS6-to-partner and partner-to-SASS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SASS6 versus NASP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SASS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SASS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
