SASH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SASH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,634 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH1_S387, SASH1_S839, and SASH1_S407. Each is linked with SASH1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH1-to-partner and partner-to-SASH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SASH1 versus SASH1_S387 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SASH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SASH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
