Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SASH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SASH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP51A1P3, HELLS, and SPNS2. Each is linked with SASH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH1-to-partner and partner-to-SASH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SASH1 versus CYP51A1P3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SASH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SASH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
