SASH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SASH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SASH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH1-to-partner and partner-to-SASH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SASH1-low versus SASH1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SASH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SASH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
