Across TCGA cell cohorts, SASH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,045 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of JUN kinase activity, Endosomal transport, and Lysosomal transport. Each is linked with SASH1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH1-to-partner and partner-to-SASH1 results are reported.
