Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,849 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, KRTAP9-11P, and ATXN7L3P1. Each is linked with SARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS1-to-partner and partner-to-SARS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by SARS1-low versus SARS1-high in SARC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
