SARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, VN1R4, and ACER1. Each is linked with SARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS1-to-partner and partner-to-SARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by SARS1-low versus SARS1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
