Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,659 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBA2, TIMM50, and PSMD8. Each is linked with SAMD4B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD4B-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD4B versus UBA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
