SAA3P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAA3P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA3P-associated genes across cancer lineages are AICDA, AMPD1, and IL21. Each is linked with SAA3P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA3P-to-partner and partner-to-SAA3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AICDA grouped by SAA3P-low versus SAA3P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
