S100Z

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100Z mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100Z-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL2BPP4, RNA5SP335, and RPL12P34. Each is linked with S100Z in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100Z-to-partner and partner-to-S100Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL2BPP4 grouped by S100Z-low versus S100Z-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
