Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ARL2BPP4 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ARL2BPP4 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ARL2BPP4 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, ARL2BPP4 RNA expression shows 5,407 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where ARL2BPP4 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
