Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL2BPP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,407 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL2BPP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial fission, Positive regulation of mitochondrial fission, and Response to muscle stretch. Each is linked with ARL2BPP4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL2BPP4-to-partner and partner-to-ARL2BPP4 results are reported.
