Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, NMBR-AS1, and LINC01796. Each is linked with S100P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100P-to-partner and partner-to-S100P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by S100P-low versus S100P-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100P→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
