S100A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, RNU6-471P, and MIR495. Each is linked with S100A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A1-to-partner and partner-to-S100A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR188 grouped by S100A1-low versus S100A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
