Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,542 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM3, ARFGEF3, and SMAP1. Each is linked with RWDD2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD2A-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD2A results are reported.
