RWDD2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,142 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP54, PPIC, and CACYBPP3. Each is linked with RWDD2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD2A-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RWDD2A versus USP54 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RWDD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RWDD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
