RUVBL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUVBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,144 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUVBL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, LIG1, and THOC2. Each is linked with RUVBL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUVBL2 versus PRMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUVBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUVBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
