RRN3P3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3P3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR448, RNU6-281P, and KRTAP23-1. Each is linked with RRN3P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3P3-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR448 grouped by RRN3P3-low versus RRN3P3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
