Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP176, RNU6-1180P, and MIR320B1. Each is linked with RPSA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSA-to-partner and partner-to-RPSA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP176 grouped by RPSA-low versus RPSA-high in UCEC.
