Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,994 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P41-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00894, RNU6-850P, and USP54. Each is linked with RPS26P41 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P41-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P41 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS26P41 versus LINC00894 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS26P41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS26P41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
