Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS26P41 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS26P41 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPS26P41 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS26P41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UVM, THCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPS26P41 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
