RPP40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P14, RNU4-53P, and IGLV3-6. Each is linked with RPP40 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP40-to-partner and partner-to-RPP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P14 grouped by RPP40-low versus RPP40-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
