Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL37-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-66P, RNU6-593P, and LINC02621. Each is linked with RPL37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL37-to-partner and partner-to-RPL37 results are reported.
