RNU6-593P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 593, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-593P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-593P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-593P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Additionally, RNU6-593P RNA expression shows 12,053 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight OV, PAAD, and UVM as cancer lineages where RNU6-593P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-593P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-593P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (17). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-593P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-593P expression shows unfavorable associations in UVM, PCPG, PAAD and KIRP, but favorable associations in OV and LAML. The OV Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify OV as the clearest survival context for RNU6-593P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-593P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-593P shows higher tumor expression in PAAD. The PAAD box plot shows higher RNU6-593P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.845, t-test p = .044).
