Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-59P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-59P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-59P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU6-59P RNA expression shows 7,362 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight DLBC, KIRC, and KIRP as cancer lineages where RNU6-59P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
