Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL36AP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,772 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL36AP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with RPL36AP14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36AP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36AP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process grouped by RPL36AP14-low versus RPL36AP14-high in UCEC.
