Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL36AP14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL36AP14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher RPL36AP14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL36AP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LAML, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where RPL36AP14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
