Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL36AP14 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL36AP14 expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL36AP14 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RPL36AP14 RNA expression shows 5,772 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LAML, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL36AP14 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
