Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL30-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-626P, H2BL1P, and RNU7-176P. Each is linked with RPL30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL30-to-partner and partner-to-RPL30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-626P grouped by RPL30-low versus RPL30-high in UCEC.
