Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGRIP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,094 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPGRIP1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FTO, PLCG2, and CEP41. Each is linked with RPGRIP1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1L-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPGRIP1L versus FTO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGRIP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGRIP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
