Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,549 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POC5, SPATA18, and WDR19. Each is linked with RP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP1-to-partner and partner-to-RP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RP1 versus POC5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
