RORA-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RORA-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,032 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RORA-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RORA_S49, PURA, and TLN2. Each is linked with RORA-AS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RORA-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-RORA-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RORA-AS2 versus RORA_S49 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RORA-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RORA-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
