Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RORA-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RORA-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RORA-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RORA-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, HNSC, and UVM are the cancer types where RORA-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
