RNU7-80P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-80P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,252 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU7-80P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNG12, RRBP1, and STT3B. Each is linked with RNU7-80P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-80P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-80P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-80P versus GNG12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU7-80P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU7-80P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
