Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-80P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-80P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RNU7-80P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-80P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

KIRP, BRCA, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU7-80P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
