RNU7-49P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-49P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,115 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU7-49P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to plasma membrane transport, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with RNU7-49P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-49P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-49P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Golgi to plasma membrane transport grouped by RNU7-49P-low versus RNU7-49P-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU7-49P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU7-49P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
