RNU6-542P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-542P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,474 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU6-542P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRM1P3, BIRC6-AS2, and MIR554. Each is linked with RNU6-542P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-542P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-542P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-542P versus SRRM1P3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU6-542P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU6-542P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
