Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-375P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,642 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-375P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process. Each is linked with RNU6-375P in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-375P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-375P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by RNU6-375P-low versus RNU6-375P-high in STAD.
