Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU5E-10P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,805 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU5E-10P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule methylation, Protein acylation, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with RNU5E-10P in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU5E-10P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU5E-10P results are reported.
