Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU5E-10P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU5E-10P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU5E-10P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU5E-10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.

HNSC, KICH, and CHOL are the cancer types where RNU5E-10P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
