RNU5E-10P

associated omics data
RNA, U5E small nuclear 10, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU5E-10P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU5E-10P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU5E-10P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, RNU5E-10P RNA expression shows 8,896 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Together, these results highlight HNSC, BLCA, and KICH as cancer lineages where RNU5E-10P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU5E-10P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU5E-10P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (18). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU5E-10P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU5E-10P expression shows unfavorable associations in KICH, KIRP and LGG, but favorable associations in HNSC, CHOL and PAAD. The HNSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify HNSC as the clearest survival context for RNU5E-10P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU5E-10P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU5E-10P shows lower tumor expression in LUAD, PAAD and BRCA and higher tumor expression in BLCA, PRAD and LIHC. The BLCA box plot shows higher RNU5E-10P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.881, t-test p = .007).
