RNU11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H3, ZCCHC13, and MIR449A. Each is linked with RNU11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU11-to-partner and partner-to-RNU11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H3 grouped by RNU11-low versus RNU11-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
