Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-91P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,616 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU1-91P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with RNU1-91P in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-91P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-91P results are reported.
