Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-91P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-91P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU1-91P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-91P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BLCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNU1-91P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
